The recipes in this book include three sets of measurements: Imperial, U.S. customary, and metric. Depending on where you live, you should follow the set of measurements throughout the recipe; don't switch from Imperial to metric, for example. Note also that measurements conversions are not precise. They have been rounded off for ease of use.
